Join in on the “March Madness” at MVLS’ annual benefit!
Join us for this year’s “March Madness” themed benefit on March 15, 2012 at the Sports Legends Museum. Watch Round II of the NCAA basketball tournament games on three big screens, enjoy a sports fan’s menu of stadium fare, beer, and wine, tour the museum and bid on exciting silent auction items, including gift certificates for local hotels and restaurants, tickets to museums and sporting events, and much more.
We’re thrilled to welcome former Baltimore Colts defensive tackle Art Donovan as our Honorary Sports Legend for the evening! Art played professional football from 1950-1962, predominantly on the Baltimore Colts, where he was selected to five straight Pro Bowls. In 1968, he was the very first Colt’s player to be inducted into the Hall of Fame.
Art also appeared regularly on David Letterman and Jay Leno’s late night shows and has appeared with Johnnie Carson, Arsenio Hall, Joan Rivers, and other personalities. He is widely known as one of the funniest sports figures in entertainment.
Art will be signing autographs and taking pictures with fans from 7pm-9pm.
We hope to see you there!
