MVLS can now send updates by text message to your phone. If you would like to receive text messages please update your contact information by clicking here. You will need to select “yes” to the question, “Can we text you about your case?”

Your case status isn’t available until an MVLS legal advocate has reviewed your application, and made an initial determination regarding eligibility.  If you search below and receive a message that your case wasn’t found, then your application is still being reviewed (please note this process takes 30 days) or we’re missing documentation.  You will receive a letter once your application has been verified indicating if you are eligible for our services or if we need additional documentation.

Please enter the phone number you used when you applied for services and your Case ID. Your Case ID should be on any MVLS letter and look something like "16-123456".
