Expungement Webinar: Post-Abhishek Follow-Up

The Abhishek appellate decision prohibited expungement for people who had violated their probation, until a legislative override went into effect last October. Six months on from the new law taking effect, we will look at how the courts have implemented the new statutory language. The webinar will address judicial and State’s Attorney reactions observed since the law went into effect, and clarify the finer details of the new statute.
