April Estate Planning Clinic – Frederick County

Legal Areas: Estate Planning, Deeds, Standby Guardianships 

Attorneys arrive between 10:00-10:15am for check in and orientation and the clinic will be from 10:30am -3pm. We’ll draft and execute wills, powers of attorney, advance medical directives, deeds, and standby guardianships for local residents. We hope to have each attorney get to help 2 clients during the clinic. Volunteers will be well supported with annotated templates, a recorded estate planning training and other written materials. There will also be MVLS staff attorneys available to answer any questions before and during the clinic. Lunch will be provided.
