Debt, Fraud, and Identity Theft – Advocating for Human Trafficking Survivors with Consumer Law Issues

This free webinar will examine how survivors of human trafficking may be impacted by financial exploitation and identity theft, and will discuss how debts from bail bonds, medical bills, and unfinished schooling, among other sources, can impact their ability to move forward with their lives. Attorneys and advocates will be provided with guidance on how to discuss consumer issues with survivors and an overview of legal options available in such cases.
