January 21, 2025 @ 9:00 am – 12:00 pm

Maryland law defines domestic violence as the occurrence of one or more of the following acts between “family or household members: assault, rape or sexual offense, attempt rape or sexual offense, an act that causes serious bodily harm, or an act that places a person in fear of imminent serious bodily harm” and includes both physical violence and any behavior exhibited for the purpose of gaining power and control over another domestic partner or family member. Join us a Thomas Mulinazzi and Sarah Nadolny from the Mulinazzi Law Firm present an overview of domestic violence, how to recognize it, and how to effectively represent clients. The topic of Final Protective Orders will also be discussed. This program is the second webinar in a series provided as a part of your commitment to the Family Law Cohort.
