Please join the Human Trafficking Prevention Project, a partnership between the University of Baltimore School of Law and Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service, as we host a in-person training on providing criminal record relief to survivors of human trafficking. This free training will provide licensed attorney participants with an introduction to the crime of human trafficking, address common misconceptions, as well as provide information on the availability of criminal record relief under Maryland law and how these remedies help survivors to heal. After completing this training, interested participants will be given the opportunity to sign up for the MVLS volunteer panel and take HTPP cases.
