May Estate Planning Clinic – Frederick County

Attorneys arrive between 11:00-11:15am for check in and orientation and the clinic will be from 12pm -4pm. We’ll draft and execute standby guardianships, wills, powers of attorney, and advance medical directives for local residents. We hope to have each attorney get to help 2 clients during the clinic. Volunteers will be well supported with annotated templates, a recorded estate planning training and other written materials. There will also be MVLS staff attorneys available to answer any questions before and during the clinic
