Small Estates Practical Training

This training will cover the basics of gathering the relevant information and preparing a small estate petition for a typical MVLS client. We will focus on the interview skills, strategy, and petition preparation necessary to ensure that you gather and report the relevant information to the Register of Wills. This training will include an opportunity to practice your skills in person.
