Tax Issues in Estate Administration

Terry Grant, a CPA, and Steven Kappen, a MVLS staff attorney, will walk through the various tax issues to consider when administering an estate. This presentation will cover the basics of income tax considerations for the decedent and the estate. It will be focused on estate administrations for clients with generally small estates, or regular estates where the main asset is the home.
