The Pro Bono Resource Center and the Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service present:

Brandi Nieland, Director of Consumer Assistance in the Office of the Maryland People’s Counsel, on The Current State of Utilities in Maryland on Wednesday, October 21, at 10:00 a.m.

Ms. Nieland will discuss the current state of how utilities will respond to the delivery of utilities during the pandemic as we go forward into the Fall of 2020. Issues regarding service, payments, resources for the payment of utilities will also be discussed. This talk is important for clients in MVLS and PBRC because of the essential nature of utilities to the health and safety of all citizens. Ms. Nieland will also take questions after her discussion.
