The REDEEM Act – Changes to Expungement Law

The REDEEM Act went into effect October 1. This law significantly lessens the waiting periods for expunging convictions. Many people not previously eligible for expungement may now have the opportunity to file. Join MVLS to learn about the basics of this new law and some possible broader implications.
