October 9, 2018 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
If your client owes the IRS over $50,000 and has not provided a collection alternative, their U.S. passport is at risk. Join John Pontius, of Pontius Tax Law, as he reviews the Internal Revenue Code section 7345 definition of “seriously delinquent tax debt” as well as the statutory exceptions and exclusions in the Internal Revenue Manual. John will also provide an update on IRS efforts to coordinate with the State Department to deny or revoke U.S. passports for seriously delinquent tax debtors. Click here to register.
