MVLS Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic (LITC) Managing Attorney, Janice Shih, wrote an op-ed piece for the Baltimore Business Journal explaining the significance of back taxes for companies. In the article, Janice discusses how employees from low-income backgrounds often feel fear around filing taxes as many people feel unsure about the amount they may owe.
