Maryland Courts Self-Help Center
Monday-Friday from 8:30 am-8:00 pm, the Maryland Courts Self-Help Center provides free limited legal services for people with a civil legal problem who are not represented by an attorney via live chat. Lawyers will answer questions on issues ranging from landlord/tenant, family law (divorce, custody, child support, guardianship), small and large claims, criminal record expungement, consumer finance (debt collection, car repossession), domestic violence and foreclosure.

The Maryland Courts website has a selection of Court Forms they have available to download and fill out. The Family Law Hotline is available at 800-845-8550. Lawyers available Monday – Friday from 9:30 am–4:30pm.
Employment Law Hotline at 877-422-9500. Lawyers are available Tuesdays 9:30 am – 1 pm and the first Thursday of the month 5 pm–7:30 pm.
