Yesterday, the MVLS team proudly celebrated Todd Troester, Director of Development, as he was honored as a member of the Baltimore Business Journal’s 2026 40 Under 40 class at M&T Bank Stadium.

During the celebration, Todd shared moving remarks thanking those whose love and support helped him reach this milestone. He also recognized the MVLS staff, volunteers, clients, community partners, and donors who have contributed to his success and make our work possible. Todd used the moment to highlight something larger than the recognition itself: the critical need to support local and statewide nonprofit organizations.

Across Baltimore, changemakers are working every day to strengthen communities and address urgent needs. Todd reminded attendees that there are many ways to advance this vital work. From giving and volunteering to building partnerships and championing organizations whose missions make a difference.

This recognition is an incredible honor, and we could not be more excited for Todd and all that lies ahead.
