Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service (MVLS) is proud to share that our Volunteer Coordinator, Etta Moen, was featured in the May 2026 issue of The Advocate, the newsletter of the Baltimore County Bar Association. Her article, “Reflecting on Volunteer Appreciation Month,” highlights the dedication, compassion, and impact of MVLS volunteers across Maryland.
